Wuling Power Corporation Ltd. (Wuling) was founded in 1995 and is based in Changsha, the capital of Hunan, China. It is a subsidiary of the State Power Investment Corporation Limited.(SPIC) and a comprehensive energy provider that owns dozens of hydro, thermal, wind and solar power plants.

As one of the earliest river basin development companies in China, Wuling is the largest hydropower generation company and a well-known energy service provider in Hunan.

Acting according to the "Green, Open, and High-quality" development philosophy, Wuling gives priority to optimizing hydropower, developing new energy sources, promoting hydropower plant supporting service, and exploring hydrogen energy, energy storage, geothermal energy, comprehensive smart energy as well as electricity distribution business, with the goal of becoming a first-class smart clean energy supplier.

By the end of March, 2022, Wuling had 102 power plants, and 2,494 employees, with total assets of more than USD 9 billion. Its total installed capacity exceeded 12GW, of which clean energy accounts for over 90%. It has an annual power output of over 29 TWh.
